We were a long time customer of Aria, and when our child was diagnosed with celiac in summer 2020, we talked to them about options to continue our patronage. They have worked with us consistently around sushi, and now around cooked food. They are clear and consistent on what dishes do and do not have gluten and substitute gluten free soy sauce where possible. But most importantly, they are willing to take the time, even when they are busy, to communicate about what they can make gluten free or not, answer questions and avoid cross contamination. We've never gotten sick there, and the food is delicious.
