Probably one of the best sushi joints in Fairfax County. The sushi rice is delicious and I find myself not having to use soy sauce for the nigiri at all and definitely for not the spicy tuna roll, which is perfectly seasoned. I hope I don’t get sick because this rice is deliciously seasoned. Will come back and report if I do get sick… 🤞

Arigato has gluten free tamari sauce upon request. So my husband is able to enjoy sushi at this restaurant.

Sushi Moriwaise B option with spicy tuna & 9 nigiri
I would not eat the soup or salad because unsure whether they used GF sauces or GF miso. So my husband got to enjoy and he said they were “not bad” 😆

Tips

Symptomatic Celiac

Avoid any rolls with sauces. My waiter said that the chirashi rice has mushrooms and other things mixed in so she thinks it will have gluten. She says the tuna roll is good because they just use srirachi sauce. Ask for tamari soy sauce!
