Most Thai food is naturally gluten-free, but I always like to ask the server and/or chef about the noodles, brown sauce, etc. Today, the server checked with the chef, and the chef promised that everything was gluten-free. I had a hard time believing such a grand sweeping statement, so I ordered a dish that had rice noodles and no brown sauce. I had no bad effects afterwards. I later asked what they use in the brown sauce, and they said "not soy sauce". So, maybe next time, I'll try something with brown sauce? Big crowd here today, but great tasting food, and large portions.
