Vegan restaurant with a menu that is almost entirely gluten free. The only item which isn’t is their pita bread which is used for just a few menu items although I’m not sure whether they make it themselves or buy it premade. The chef I spoke to said they have a dedicated area where things are prepared. Fryer is gluten free. I’m mostly asymptomatic but I’ve never noticed symptoms from eating here and we go somewhat often.
