Just ate lunch here. They have a gluten-free quinoa spaghetti noodle, and a gluten-free fusilli pasta, that can be substituted into any of the pasta dishes. They had a pasta Primavera that is also dairy free. There meatballs do you have breadcrumbs in them, but the sausage is gluten-free, as well as the chicken. We very much enjoyed eating here, the server was very knowledgeable about gluten and dairy issues, and super friendly. They also try to keep a gluten-free items separate when making it when the cooks are notified. They have great attitudes about meeting food allergy issues.

So evidently at Arlos restaurant asking for gluten free is only a suggestion. The waitress never conveyed to the chef that we had an allergy. The meal did have gluten in it (my daughter happened to catch it) the chicken had wheat flour on it. I talked with the chef and he said he never got anything on his ticket that said gluten free. The waitress said she assumed he would know.... we ended up leaving the restaurant. They never apologized and I even had to pay for the stuff we did eat. As I was leaving thy were still trying to defend themselves for what happened. My wife will probably be sick all day tomorrow now. Happy vacation!!!

They have GF pasta, but it was not cooked right and tasted aweful. (do not get the Fiorentina). My salad had no dressing and my bf's ceasar salad was disgustingly soggy. His garlic bread was very burnt.

After waiting an hour for our food, they then brought me pasta that wasn't GF. I had to wait another HALF HOUR again to get this fixed. They did the same thing to a man at the table next to me, so it appears the kitchen staff is completely unorganized and it made me very weary that GF practices were being followed.

The also forgot our drinks, served several tables before us, and ran out of dessert by the time we wanted to order it. The owner sits at the bar and 'greets' all the customers acting like he's the coolest guy in the world, when his restaurant staff were completely overwhelmed and unorganized.
