Lots of options, but many vendors weren’t sure about gluten safety. Street tacos were safe, but not the best flavor wise. Many other choices to try next time though!

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not very

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

Great gf options at a variety of the stalls. My girls loved the gf chicken tenders at Cru Cellars (most items ate gf here), I had a chicken rice bowl from a Ramen place, it was pretty good. Ciders and many gf drinks everywhere.
