My waitress was very kind, but there were a few hiccups. I asked while we were ordering if the alfredo sauce was gluten free explaining I had celiac disease. Our server was unsure but was able to ask the kitchen and was told it was. I ordered the gluten free Cajun alfredo with shrimp, with a side salad with Bleu cheese dressing specifically asking for no croutons. A food runner came out with the salad, with croutons on it. The waitress came over and realized and brought out a new salad. When my pasta came out they made it with chicken instead of shrimp. They were very apologetic about the entire experience. I probably wouldn't go back, while eating I started experiencing symptoms like I had been exposed to gluten.
