I didn’t get glutened here! Which is more than I can say for most other restaurants in sb! They do have gf pasta (not listed on menu, you have to ask) and can make any pasta dish with it.
As someone w celiac, I always tell the waiter when I order AND specify that the gf pasta needs to be cooked in separate water. It is shocking how many places try to cook it in the same water!!
Arnoldi’s did great and totally took care of me.
