I went to this restaurant with family members. I knew they didn't have a gluten free menu but it was my cousin's favorite restaurant and she was visiting from out of state. The corn chips were not cooked separately from gluten items. So no chips. I hadn't eaten all day at it was 7pm and really hated not being able to munch on chips while waiting for dinner. They had a Santa Fe fajita salad, Tacos El Carbon and a Taco salad. I chose the Taco salad. I asked the waitress if the meat had been browned with flour she said that it hadn't. Well as soon as I got home I spent my evening on the porcelain bowl.
