Their GF bread is the best I've ever had eating out and homemade. Generous portions and very tasty. It can take a little longer to get your order but everything is made to order, so to me it's worth it. The owner was very nice and knowledgeable about GF.

I was super hopeful, but unfortunately it wasn’t very good. It took a half hour to get my sandwich, and once I did, it was falling apart, mushy, and completely flavorless. I got the special of the day, which was a chicken, bacon, ranch panini.

Arrosto is Sheboygan's stop for your New York Deli cravings!
We offer Gluten Friendly Focaccia bread for all of our Panini's. We also offer Grain Bowls, Veggie Bowls or salads. For dessert, our Italian Ricotta Cheesecake has no crust and is Gluten Friendly. We also now have macarons.
Our Gluten Friendly Focaccia is made in house at a separate time and with a clean workspace to prevent cross contamination.
We always change our gloves before making a Gluten Friendly Panini and the bread remains on plastic wrap as it makes its way down the line. We use a Gluten Friendly only knife to cut the Panini in half. If you would like us to take further precautions, we are able to press the Panini with foil around it.

This place is so good. They do know about cross contamination, I didn’t have any issues ordering or after eating. The gf bread is incredible

I love their weekly specials. I've been trying them weekly for about a year. It is so nice to have variety in my Gluten free diet. Their sandwiches are available gluten friendly made with bread they make. They are huge! Great value! Often 2 meals worth or share with a friend. If asked they will put a barrier on the sandwich press. They use a separate knife for gluten free friendly. They take measures to avoid cross contamination. They aren't a gluten free facility. Their customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond. I was disappointed with 1 order out of 50 others that I loved. I didn't complain, but a manager noticed and called me. They generously got my next lunch. ♡ I've also tried their summer salad specials and loved them all! They also offer gluten free dessert including cheesecake, Gelato, and macarons!
