Have a gluten free menu, including udi's gf hamburger buns. Volunteered to prep food in a separate pan to minimize cross contamination. Tokdnus fries would be contam9and asked us to substitute out. Really appreciated their knowledge and ability to accommodate for celiac.

As someone who is Gluten Free, I was disappointed that the Kitchen at the Beechmont location do not follow protocol for gluten free patrons. They have a gluten free menu. They serve a gluten free bun for their sandwiches and specify that they don’t have a dedicated drier for their fries. They even have a grilled chicken that isn’t marinated. BUT, I am suffering today because whoever fixed my salad crossed contaminated while doing so. What good is it to offer gluten free options if you do not prepare the food with care. Having an allergies with gluten is just as important as a peanut allergy. I may not have an allergy that is life threatening, but it does cause my nose to stop up that makes breathing hard to do for several days.

Arthur's now offers Udi's gluten free buns for their burgers! They only have 2 ciders available so it would be nice to have more options but I can now enjoy their burgers WITH a bun!
