I went with friends who are not GF and we all ordered sake bombs which I shortly found out afterwards none of the beers they carry are GF. When it came to ordering sushi the waitress was very helpful with what rolls to order and then a manager even came over walked me through the specific rolls I could have and which sauces I could have by them just substituting one ingredient. It was a very pleasant experience going from thinking I could only have very simple rolls/sushi to really having a lot of sushi options and trusting the staff to look out for me!
*the menu didn’t reflect all of the gf options. There were many more than what was listed.
**I learned that anything with eel/eel sauce is not gf free bc they marinate it in soy sauce.
