If you feel like some sushi the staff will do their best to prepare your yummy fresh sushi as safe as possible for coeliac customers. Just explain in full detail what you need and order a fresh roll. I eat here all the time and explain every single time that I’m coeliac and can’t have any sauces and need a clean working area with clean knives etc so no cross contamination and I’ve had no issues at all. They also have GF soy sauce. They have told me they do their best but can’t guarantee 100% safe.
