Review of Ashia authentic chinese&japanese cuisine

Called in advance and they advised they can adapt most dishes to gluten free. I specifically asked about ensuring no cross contact with with gluten containing foods/ingredients and they said they can accommodate separate cooking pans etc. everything we ordered was labeled as gluten free and the food was delicious.
