Waitress had a hard time, but the manager was very helpful and I felt completely safe. I had spicy noodles, 3/4 stars. They weren’t very spicy—but they were delicious.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Asian1. The manager was our server and when asked if our meals could be prepared safely for celiacs he stated that was their specialty. We immediately felt as ease. We had Chicken Pad Thai, Sushi, and the Chicken Chili Sauce Delight. It was all fresh and delicious! We had full bellies with no reactions.

Such a wonderful place to be able to eat gluten free without getting sick. We had the Vegetable Delight with natural tofu (not fried tofu) with peanut sauce. The sauce was so good and was not spicy at all. I'm sure they could add some spice if one wanted them to. The peanut sauce was so good so we asked them where one could buy it. They will sell you containers of the sauce to take home. Can't wait to use it with foods at home.

They have big portions and the food is delicious! Prices are good, too. We have been ordering take-out from this restaurant once or twice a month for over a year.

My most unambiguous symptom of glutening is that I lose lactose-tolerance for months after a gluten cross-contamination exposure. I have been able to drink lactose milk consistently while eating this food regularly.

We also have family with histamine sensitivities, and this food does not trigger them either (we do avoid beef dishes for the histamine-sensitive folks but have had no issues with the chicken or pork dishes).

We order online, and only the foods that let us explicitly select "Gluten-free". Most of the noodle and stir-fry dishes can be made explicitly gluten-free, but only one appetizer and no soups or curries. I also add this note to every dish: "Gluten-free is for celiac. Thank you for your cross-contamination care!" I don't know if this is necessary, but wanted to share the communication that has worked for us.

Menu was clearly marked, knowledgeable phone staff who took order. Had Asian fried rice with all veggies, no reaction and tasted great!

I spoke to the waitress while ordering to make sure they had safe procedures for preparing food. We ordered chicken fried rice, a California roll and salmon sashimi. They use tamari sauce for the fried rice and the California roll didn’t contain fake crab meat. Everything was delicious and I would eat here again!

Service was great....food was awesome. Very GF knowledgeable with lots of options

We tried their crab/chicken fried rice! It was amazing!!! They can make foods gluten-ftee and they carry gluten-ftee soy sauce, too!!! $17 for a huge and packed about 15 cups of food!! I'm a Celiac and I am truly happy for this food!! I was so happy, I had to call them and rave about it!

Ive eaten here for the last 2 years never gotten sick.Friendly staff, I always order to go and my box is always marked gluten free and the one time it wasn't I went back and they remade it for me.

GF options are clearly marked in the regular menu. As always, make sure to let your server know about you allergy as some orders have to be adjusted to GF, even if it's indicated next to the menu item. Great service, and well trained on allergens.

they have great gluten and dairy free options. mostly rice noodle based dishes etc. they have items on the menu marked that can be made gluten free. they also are very willing to work with dairy allergies. great pad thai, and peanut sauce dishes.

Always good food, good service, and lots of GF options! I always leave exceedingly satisfied, and usually with more than enough food to have leftovers!

I used to like this restaurant, but it has changed and the flavors are terrible.

There were several items on the menu that were gf or could be done gf. My dinner was great!
