I was a little worried about the previous review so when I went in to eat yesterday I asked to see the ingredients in the banh mi sauce. Turns out they don’t use the actual Maggi brand sauce because that has gluten in it. Can confirm: they use a GF Maggi-type sauce. While I didn’t order a banh mi, I got pho and the salmon salad. So far so good with no reaction. I’ve also eaten a Miss Jones bowl and spring rolls safely at the location in SFO before a flight. 10/10 would eat here again.
