Review of Asian Box

This is my favorite Asian Box location. The service is great, with friendly cashiers and cooks. Today I had a pleasant surprise when I noticed they added a banh mi sandwich to the menu! Of course, I decided to give it a try. It was literally one of those first bites where you have to close your eyes just to take it in. Deliciously seasoned pork, a delicous array of cucumber, carrots and cilantro and a decadent, creamy sauce. The bread is so good I can't believe it's gluten-free. And I tasted that juicy pork even up to the very last bite! I am just blown away. I am so happy Ms. Jones decided to move this from the test kitchen to the Asian Box menu and I really hope it stays! Good sandwiches like this are hard to come by, celiac or not.
