I am very sensitive and had no issues! They can adapt some things to be GF (like the fried rice), other things like the sesame chicken are already GF (they use corn starch). Just ask (they don’t seem to label). They seemed knowledgeable about cross-contamination! Everything in my takeout bag came with labels that designated it as GF!

I ordered some basic sushi rolls and they were delicious and gluten free soy sauce was available. The server was great in that anytime someone ordered an item for the table that wasn’t gluten free, she warned me. I ordered my sushi on a separate plate and that worked out well.

Very tasty! nice sushi selection. Only a few items were marked as gluten free in the menu, and all the soy sauces at the tables contain wheat, not sure if they use the same brand in the kitchen, but when in doubt I assume so. The waitress was very helpful in trying to navigate what was or was not GF.

I have had gluten free fried rice and boneless ribs. Not a ton of options, but I haven't gotten sick and the fried rice is delicious.
