Pizza comes pre-prepared in a tinfoil pan yet they remove it and put it bare into the same oven as the rest of the pizza. When we questioned them their response was 'the oven is 600 degrees. Why didn't you tell us it's an allergy?' Even though we did when we ordered. If you are just sensitive or for preference it's a great option but if you are celiac/crohns and allergic I would recommend avoiding due to potential contamination.
