Asuka Ramen & Poke

They have a few locations in the area. I initially saw the aurora location, but went here due to it being closer to where I was. I got the vegan ramen which is the only GF broth/soup at this location, and I substituted the yam noodles for the wheat udon. It was so delicious!!!! I added GF soy sauce and sriracha. Didn’t get sick! They also have poke and rice/noodle dishes, but I didn’t ask about GF accommodations. I wish I was staying in the Denver area longer so I could eat here again.
