The waitress surprised us and said that they don't have any gluten free options. But, she said I could pick something, and she'd consult with the chef. The chef came out and explained that this was a company-owned restaurant, so all the sauces were pre-made. But, he offered to make new sauces to avoid gluten. He did a great job, and everything was fine
