Don’t do it. It doesn’t matter how many times you ask and how many different ways. They are horribly trained and you will end up getting glutened. Don’t think that it won’t happen to you. The waiter just guessed and when we realized too late he was wrong we just got a shrug. This place is not safe!!!!

Amazing awareness of celiac disease and the need for GF. Had pancakes, waffles, fries in a dedicated fryer. The options were amazing!!! An Eggs Benedict on GF Waffle is a must!!

Had it twice now, first time was ok, nothing to write home about… second time I got sick within 10 minutes of eating. Still feeling it. Got chocolate chip waffles. Not sure I’d feel safe eating here again.

The wait is sometimes long so either come early or just be patient it is well worth it.
The gluten free waffle was very good but very filling! Get a half or share. Couldn't eat the rest of my breakfast lol

They were great about what my gluten free options were and kept my food separate from my family. Loved the waffle.

We are here twice. I chose to go with eggs just to be particularly careful. The omelets were delicious. They were careful with my food.

They offered pancakes and waffles for GF but had no bread options. Other then the no bread, (which I found interesting and not mad about) they were amazing! The food was soo good, Cooked to perfection and they were helpful in making selections! Would be back!

Wanted this place to be “the spot” for breakfast. But sadly, not the case. Was definitely glutened. I even asked all the questions. I stayed away from the waffle as it’s cooked on shared appliance. Just had the eggs Benedict with potatoes. I asked to make sure the potatoes were gluten free and nothing in the seasoning. The assured me the sauce and the potatoes were fine. Not the case. Was hurting even before I left the restaurant.

Excellent breakfast enjoyed by me (celiac) and my non-celiac family. I had the gluten free banana, strawberry, Nutella waffle. Amazing!

Excellent little breakfast spot! The staff was very accommodating with gluten free questions, able to get any waffle or pancake gluten free.

Gluten free banana Nutella waffle was excellent. I told them I have a gluten allergy and they said no problem they clean the waffle machine thoroughly before making GF waffles!

The Diner is delicious!! I order the eggs Benedict with GF waffles instead of bread (no GF bread available) and it did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be returning. The servers are very knowledgeable and are on it.

Ordered GF as Celiac and asked specifically about potatoes. Waitress was unsure but said she’d ask. When potatoes came they had salt spice blend - I asked to please check the spice on potato. Turns out it had gluten in it. So she said they would remake with no seasoning. They then put potatoes in shared fryer to make quickly. She mentioned that to me and I said I cannot eat from a shared fryer. She apologized and said of course she knew that. Luckily I dodged getting sick from eating here. I can say the food was good but I won’t return or recommend it to anyone else.

All shared cooking surfaces, if you are a celiac it is not a good option

The Diner is a fantastic choice for GF breakfast! I had the Bennyful which just like traditional eggs Benedict with addition of crispy bacon AND all of it atop a delish GF waffle! My husband is not GF and loved his breakfast as well. The Hollandaise sauce is house made and GF which alway a breakfast place PLUS for me! Samantha, our server, was excellent and friendly and very knowledgeable about GF needs. Thanks for a great breakfast on our Orlando vacation!
