I was so sad when I got my celiac diagnosis because I thought Athos, which is a long time fav of ours, was a no go. But, they are actually accommodating! Make sure to specify GF pita. They do not have a dedicated fryer. And their beef has gluten in it. It’s hit or miss on whether staff will know this, but they’ve gotten much better in the last few months and even changed their menu to identify GF items. What I can get there is now much more limited, but you can eat safely here if you advocate and speak up about your needs.
