Pretty knowledgable, but I still get sick every time. If you are celiac Id avoid the pizza but the salads tend to be fine!

I ate here for a year with no issues. Then one month ago I ordered 3 GF pepperoni's, always stated I am gluten intolerant. The first pizza they made, was on the bottom. We ate the top two the first night, no issues. The next day I had the last one, which was the first they made. MAJOR GLUTEN REACTION. It was horrific, I thought I was going to the ER. I have been too afraid to eat at another restaurant again. It's too bad because their pizza tastes great, but if you have celiac I would never suggest eating here.

My previous review, I gave Atlas a great review after they accommodated me since I suffer from Celiac Disease. It became one of my few "safe" places to eat...until recently. The main cook "Opi" that would always check on my allergies is no longer there. :-( That should of been a red flag, but decided to take the risk. Bad move! The waitress and the new cook assured me that they would make sure my food would not get cross contaminated with gluten. Well I did get sick...real sick. Suffered flu like symptoms and broke out in a rash. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust going to Atlas. If you have any food allergies, please think twice before going there.

This place is amazing. The chef came out and checked to see if I had an allergy Or just doing the Gluten Free diet. Then when the pizza came out he felt like ours got too close to the regular pizza and cut off what he felt could have been accidentally touched. My husband loved it and he said he'd be back. He doesn't usually eat Gluten Free

Wow! The speciality pizzas were amazing... Lamb... Ricotta... Pesto... Lots of different options. And the gluten free crust is really good. Not just "good for gluten free" but really good. Nice and crisp. Delicious!
