Attack of the Tatsu

A cool spot with great cocktails, but unfortunately had a negative experience here as the staff wasn’t at all knowledgeable regarding celiac/gluten free outside of the GF ramen option. We asked about the edamame, to see if it were fried or steamed, and the waiter said he believed it was steamed or grilled. We took a gamble in his knowledge and the end result was some clearly fried edamame that had bits of fried pork crisps in it since it shared the same frier.

One GF ramen option. Add ins of egg and pork normally come marinated in soy sauce but they can make them GF upon request.
