The person before me ordered a pita and everything they used to serve the ingredients came into direct contact with the gluten pita. The chicken, salsa and everything. This place is no longer safe for celiacs.

I really like the food here. I wasn't confident about their cross-contamination measurements, but I've never gotten sick here. I do make sure to walk to line with my food and watch like a hawk though 😂. I reeeally like their Medeterainian bowl and it hasn't failed me yet.

Although a lot is listed, I'm not so sure they completely understand what's in their food. Sure it tastes amazing, but both times I tried it, I had major issues with inflammation amongst other issues.

The food looks and tastes good, but order something GF and you get the pita bread. Asked for them to remake it and I'm 99% certain they didn't; and the employee was kind of rude about it. "You didn't say no pita when you asked for GF." My husband got violently sick; I take much longer to react.

Great Gluten and Vegan menu options. I do not have celiacs but have been impressed by the variety with the menu.

Not really gluten friendly! Employee refused to change gloves, and specifically stated that they don’t really do anything to keep it gluten free. I was really upset because it could easily be gluten free!

The food is really good, I'll give them that. The first time I ate there it was great. The next two times I got sick. They have plenty of GF options but they've got gluten options as well and I don't think they're very careful with preventing the cross contamination. If you just need GF you'll love it, if you're a Celiac I'd advise you to avoid it.

My husband and I ordered lots of food to try and share. Very Berry Salad, Chicken Curry Bowl, Banana Monkey Smoothie, cheesy bread, and the ice cream. It was all so delicious! And I really loved the cheesy bread, didn’t taste GF at all! I loved how clean and healthy the food was as well.

So many gluten free options. Great food.

The food is good BUT the gluten free cheese bread is cooked on the same surface of the regular pita (Lehi location). The owner said that he now instructed the cooks to use a different surface but for your safety ask to separate the bread when you place your order!

Great service, lots of choices and even gluten free dairy free desserts. Knowledgeable staff that help with a smile. Would love to visit again!

They were exceptional. Gluten Free pita bread made separately from regular. Over half of the restaurant is GF. Lots of options and very tasty. Be aware, they make only so many gf pita breads per day. Came back second day and they were totally out. Very disappointing since it is one of their signature offerings.

I was never a fan of Aubergine before I went gluten free. And my opinion hasn't changed. The food was just ok and I've been sick for the last 2 days because of it. I ordered the High Protien bowl and the cheese rolls. I only ate the chicken, eggs, and a few of the rolls. I didn't use the dressing. My assumption is that either the rolls weren't safe, or the seasoning on the chicken. I won't be going back.

The only restaurant that I'm aware of which serves gluten-free pita bread! Several gluten-free desserts. Best gf deli in SLC.
