The have “What’s for Dinner” every Friday night. I spoke to the owner twice and the chef once before I decided to eat there. I was told they use new pots and pans, change gloves, and prepare the food away from the gluten containing food. When I made reservations I explained that I had celiac and needed a gluten free dinner. I spoke to them again when I arrived. They accommodated my dietary needs. I had a wonderful dinner. A cheese plate, then a “bread” plate with dipping oil and olives. They substituted gf crackers for my bread. Then a salad and finally they prepared a deconstructed chicken parm dinner with gf pasta and non breaded chicken. For dessert I had vanilla gelato. They took great care that my needs were met. It was so nice to go out with friends and not stress about dinner.
