Absolutely incredible. We have been eating gluten-free since 2009, when my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. In the years since, we have tried hundreds of bakeries to offer my daughter good quality baked goods. This is the best we’ve found: light, moist, affordable (yes, no ridiculous premium pricing).
