The waitress was knowledgeable and stated the kitchen staff is known for changing gloves, etc if necessary.

My husband has Celiac and is super sensitive to cross contamination, he got the grilled chicken, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables and did not get sick! His meal was a good sized portion and he said it was delicious.

They offer zoodles, but since their meatballs are not GF he got the above instead.

No dedicated GF menu but they do have a dedicated Vegan menu. Manager and servers are knowledgeable about GF. Most likely can be some cross-contamination; however, they seem to take precautions to avoid it. They have off-the grill GF dishes. Also have great “zoodles” and all sauces are GF. All their salads can be GF and “house dressing” is great. I’m a super sensitive Celiac and I did not get sick. Just let your server know your GF needs when you are seated; they will confer with the manager and the cook to make sure your meal is right. Highly recommend as one of the best places in Nacogdoches (there are not many) to get good GF.
