This place has updated since previous posts. I just stayed at the Westin North Villas Resort March 2023 and went to Aunties for breakfast. They were able to make me most egg options. I got the Kaanapali Breakfast with two scrambled eggs and they sub’ed pineapple for the side since the potatoes are coated with gluten, and they were able to broil some GF toast for me in the oven so it didn’t go into the shared toaster! Toast was pretty darn good, almost as good as my POG mimosa, and I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination.

Very limited options for lunch. 1 salad and a spicy cauliflower steak and neither were good tasting. I was shocked they didn't at least have a GF bun.

Breakfast review. We have stayed here a few times. Important to note they no longer do the breakfast buffet. So, we arrived at midnight night before so we lined up early when they opened for breakfast and ordered at the counter. It was pretty busy. We had the egg breakfast platter (forgot name. Super limited menu right now though). My son had 2 eggs over medium with bacon, breakfast potatoes and a gluten free bun. My son (10, celiac) actually loved it. I asked them if they cook it separate from the pancakes and they said yes. Asked for no butter on the GF bun. Looked like an Udi’s bun. One woman working seemed very dismissive but the guy that took our order was very attentive. Just say you have a wheat “allergy”

We also came for dinner. Very limited menu, but they were able to do a GF burger and bun with a side salad/ranch ($26 for burger plus $4 for GF bun and $2 up charge for the salad)

Updated 2021: no gluten free pasta or corn tortillas. Gluten free buns only. Staff not very knowledgeable about gluten free items. One salad is completely GF and that is it.

Staff was very knowledgeable and gave me a dietary restriction card for future meals. They didn’t have many options, but were willing to work with me on substituting corn tortillas, GF bun, and pasta on most of the meal choices. It was pricey, but very delicious! There was no GF pizza available like the app said, but still good!

My celiac daughter enjoyed her gluten free burger from here. We also went for breakfast buffet and they made her gluten free pancakes.

Casual, poolside restaurant at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort. Several GF items on the adult menu, but only one on the kids menu. My daughter, who's celiac, had the GF mac and cheese. It wasn't labeled GF, just labeled quinoa pasta, so I had to ask to make sure the cheese sauce was also GF. We went there twice, and she liked it; didn't get sick. I appreciated their helpfulness but gave them 3 stars for only having one GF menu item.
