There is not a GF menu, and most things are made with teriyaki or soy sauce, so very few options for someone with Celiac. However, our server was so helpful. I ended up getting a salad without chicken and he checked that the dressing was GF. He assured me they changed gloves and were very careful.

While the menu didn’t explicitly state what was GF our waitress was aware of GF items. I got the salmon sandwich on GF bread. For dessert I had the flourless chocolate cake, which was decadent. Nice atmosphere and the food tasted great. For a high end resort they do okay, but could do more for the value!

Nothing on evening menu labelled on menu as GF. Staff very lacking in knowledge. Even sushi chef not overly sure what I could be given. I basically said that I'd be happy with whatever sushi I could have... but even this they seemed unclear about. Eventually was given salmon california rolls with honey siracha... but they did have GF soy sauce which was unexpected. If GF and you have to eat here then accommodations can be made... but I wouldn't eat here unless I had to. Flourless chocolate cake the chef said I could have and was gorgeous (but the green tea ice cream wasn't my taste). In summary, lacking in clarity and knowledgeable about what can be made GF. A shame as lovely atmosphere and nice menu otherwise.
