Went for dinner during a recent ski vacation. The menu clearly labels the GF dishes but I do not think that they have a dedicated fryer. Still, there were plenty of options and even some German style options, although they have more than just German food. The server that served us wasn’t as knowledgeable, but his boss was. When I asked questions, she came out and answered everything very confidently.
I had the tomato tower, wedge salad and the venison frites. I enjoyed the food and didn’t get sick.
