Fabulous steaks (even my non Celiac friends agree)!!!!

The great staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and the restaurant's options.

Austyn's is a great place to eat whether you want to be casual or a little formal. They have a very friendly wait staff who is willing to make endless substitutions to a dish and check and recheck ingredients - but now that they have labelled their menu with whether a dish is gluten free or not, that's not necessary. They understand about Celiac protocol and their kitchen is safe and clean. They are always willing to hear suggestions on what they can improve or add. Moreover the food is phenomenal!
