Avid Coffee

Avid coffee has great gluten free breakfast sandwiches. They use a soft English muffin that seems to be made from rice and corn probably. Perfect balance of cheese and egg! I also got a gluten free pumpkin muffin and it was incredible.

They also have toasts that you can get with gluten free bread that all looked really good.
