Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar

Pretty much the only "safe" food for me here was steamed seafood, which tasted like wet salt. I tried one of their raw oysters (of which the waitress had no idea what kind of oyster it was) and was so disgusted by it I had to spit it out. I have no idea how it got stars in Yelp. This place was disgusting. The waitress seemed clueless about celiac and GF. I ended up finishing my "meal" with a glass of water. I would never return here.

If you're going for strictly steamed seafood, you're in the clear. However, the waitress and staff knew nothing about gluten, going as far as saying she 'assumed rice had gluten in it'. Needless to say we finished our drinks and walked out.

Best place to go for steamed crab legs, shrimp and oysters! The steamed food is prepped right in front of you at the bar and the bartenders all know the ingredients. My favorite place to go!
