There is no gluten free menu, and the gluten free items are not marked, but I messaged the restaurant before I arrived asking for gluten free items and this is what they sent back:
-mini spring rolls
-moo goo gai pan
-Singapore rice noodles (spicy)
-shrimp stir fry
-red curry chicken
We can also make our AW Lins fried rice (chicken, beef, shrimp, or combo) with gluten free soy sauce if we have it!
We can substitute entrees that aren’t fried with our white sauce to make them gluten free.
Our server was very helpful and said he would be happy to ask the kitchen if I had any additional questions.
I'm not sure about cross contamination. However, the server said he would make sure to tell them "gluten-free" and so far I have not had a reaction (I have celiac disease).

There is no gluten-free menu. I was given a to go menu with somethings highlighted that were supposed to be gluten-free. Some of the things highlighted were fried, so not gluten-free. I had the edamame and the moo goo gai pan. Seemed like the safest choice.

Given three options for gluten free….all were shrimp dishes (which I am also allergic to). Waitress acted out out I even asked about gluten free options. Not willing to change options to not include shrimp either. Ended up not ordering and eating somewhere else later after the group I was with ate.

I was hopeful after reading the reviews, but unfortunately I did not have as good of an experience. They DO NOT have a separate gluten free menu, nor is anything on the menu marked gluten free. I hope that changes, because it appears they have had a separate menu in the past. My server told me anything with white sauce was safe. There were only two things on the entire menu with white sauce that I could see. I ordered moo goo gai pan, which is not really something I would ever choose, but I did not have much options. It was fine, but not a dish I was excited about or that I would want to return for.
I will say that the establishment is nice, and the staff was friendly. Everyone else in my family had great looking and tasting food, but unfortunately this is not the go-to Asian restaurant I was hoping for.

Great food, however the items on the gluten free menu that are fried are NOT in a dedicated fryer. I ordered the shrimp stir fry with a side of rice noodles and it was absolutely fantastic, I will be back again soon.
