Ayven Grace Coffee & Studio

I reached out via instant messenger to Ayven Grace Coffee Co in advance of our visit. The owner and her sister have Celiac Disease and one of the other staff members has a family member with Celiac. They were VERY knowledgeable about gluten-free needs and cross-contamination. They have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen where they bake their GF items. I believe they said the only items that aren't gluten-free are bagels & toast that have a dedicated toaster in the Cafe (the GF toaster is in back in dedicated GF area). Both the owner and her staff (both are Jessica) were extremely helpful. I contacted them several days prior to visiting & ordered Texas Sheet Cake and orange pound cake. Both were delicious!!! We tried the cinnamon rolls, pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting, and peanut butter no-bake cookies while we were there. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back! I'd highly recommend a visit if you're in the area or up for a road trip.

So glad we stopped off at this adorable family owned coffee shop! The owner is celiac so she totally understands gluten free! I had a delicious maple toast using a gluten free English muffin. I also loved the horchata iced drink. They make their own coffee syrups and and a special Russian tea that was unique and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back again!

So many gluten free choices. Love the pumpkin bars and cinnamon rolls! They also make gluten free avocado toast & maple toast! Seriously a must try!
