I’ve been going to Azie for about 3 years now and the staff literally have my order memorized (including allergies lol). They are very understanding and I’ve never had any issues. My coworkers and I frequent Azie regularly for work lunches and I’ve never been disappointed

I was excited to try Azie, especially when I heard that their sushi could be made gluten free by substituting the white rice for brown rice. I ordered over the phone and the woman taking my order confirmed that I needed the sushi gluten free. When we got home we realized that the sushi was made with white rice and looked to be covered in soy sauce (not gluten free). When we called the restaurant, the manager was extremely kind and understanding and refunded the sushi.

Options noted on the menu, but there is not that many options. I think Consistency is an overall Issue with the restaurant, the consistency and quality can be different each time you go. I got their Pad Tai twice, first time it was yummy, second time it was super bland, barley any sauce, and basically just rice noodles with some veggies....and I got sick
Small list of items on the menu that are gluten free but they are usually very helpful in understanding what is gf and not gf. The sushi rice is made with a barley vinegar so it's not gf. If you want gf sushi you have to get it made with their brown rice which does not have the barley vinegar. They have gf soy sauce as well. Food is good.
Yes
I was excited at the prospect of getting GF sushi with GF soy sauce. There was no GF sushi available. But the waiter seemed clueless and could not explain the source of gluten. Also there was no GF soy sauce. I settled for one of the few things on the menu that I could eat, like in any restaurant and will not be back. This place should not be in a gluten free data base. There is no reason to go here if you are gluten free.
No
They have things labeled as gluten free on their regular menu but there are very few options. Most of the gluten free options are salads or sides. Their truffle fries and another type of fries are labeled gluten free but when I asked if they are fried with other things that are breaded they said yes. Well then they aren't gluten free! Also, you'd think some of the sushi might be, but they use vinegar in the rice that isn't gluten free. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely won't be returning.
