The steak is marinated in soy sauce and the green beans are tossed in some sort of soy sauce marinade. Obviously the flour tortillas have gluten so they’ll swap corn tortillas. However, the chips are corn but are made in a shared fryer (so no chips) which is annoying. I got the ceviche and it was really tasty, but next time I’ll order tacos or a seafood plate. Just let your server know and they’re pretty knowledgeable, so they can make recommendations as well!
