We were treated very well here by a very attentive waitress (wish I could remember her name) who was knowledgeable about cross contamination and Celiac. She had just taken a hospitality course on food allergies and knew what to do, what to ask, was careful about who might have touched dishes. She made sure they all went through her, subbed out ham in scrambled eggs (gf toast and bacon made separately & especially for us) for bacon because she wasn’t 100% sure it was safe. Our waitress made several trips to the kitchen and back for us and watched out for us back there because she knew they were understaffed and she wanted to avoid a mistake. She made our meal relaxing, which is not easy to do when you have Celiac and eat out.
Food was standard restaurant breakfast fare, but the service was helpful and appreciated.
