Excellent gluten free pizza and pasta

Was a little disappointed to see a pre made frozen crust being used. However the sauce and toppings were great and the crust was nice and crispy with a good flavor.
Our server also noted she had celiac and felt very safe eating here. The pizza was cooked with the same utensils as the regular pizza so eat at your risk.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! All pasta dishes can be made GF. Cooked in own water. Sauces safe. Pizzas can be made with GF crust but are baked in same oven as G pizzas. Salads can be prepared GF. We called ahead and then talked again with waitstaff. GF pasta was very good. We had a vegan in our group who was also easily accommodated.

Excellent pizza. GF crust was *very* good: hand made, crispy yet chewy (a touch of cornmeal adds crispiness). Excellent sauce, high quality toppings. Had a salad with romaine, tuna, garbanzo beans, Parmesan -- solid but not superb. Also had regular pizza (non-GF person in our party) and it was a very good thin wheat crust.
