I went for a business lunch and sent the restaurant a Facebook message the day before. They mentioned the salads were gluten free. So that’s what I ordered. Unfortunately one of my symptoms is extreme fatigue when I have gluten and sure enough a couple of hours later that’s what happened. We were there for lunch and there wasn’t a lot of people there.

Not sure if I would go back.

— Good

I would avoid this restaurant at the point pleasant NJ location.

Ordered short ribs after discussing gluten allergy. The food came out fast but the sauce was thick. Almost ate it but asked the server how the sauce was thickened. The manager came over and said even though they put it into the system as gluten free, the kitchen put flour in the sauce. They offered to remake it but I declined. Narrowly avoided disaster on vacation.

They have some GF options on menu, but seems the kitchen was too busy to correctly handle a gluten allergy.

On top of all that, the waiter had a serious attitude problem. Probably not typical. Managers seemed nice.

Non GF food was average.

Went here in February 2022. I was concerned because the menu does not identify which items are gluten free. The menu at the restaurant said “allergies? Notify your server” so I took a chance and asked the server about any gluten free options. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out that most of the menu was in fact gluten free.

We ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer, chicken al forno, slow cooked pig, and creme brûlée. All were really good and I had no issue whatsoever.

Would recommend to anyone with celiac or gluten sensitivities. Atmosphere great too

Great bar with an awesome atmosphere. Unfortunately, my bunless burger came served on a wooden plate complete with crumbs from the previous persons meal. Great spot for drinks but be careful eating here.
