After reading the reviews saying to avoid soy sauce, I went in and they just informed me they have nothing that is gluten-free in this be 51 chicken rotisserie restaurant.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

Fantastic Peruvian quick service restaurant. No GF menu but the main thing here is Peruvian rotisserie chicken, which is safe. Be aware that some prepared dishes use soy sauce; normal for Peruvian but unexpected if you don’t know. I don’t know whether they are using GF soy sauce.
