They apparently have a list of things that cannot be certified GF including the seaweed wrappers, the vinegar, etc. They said if I wanted to order sushi, I could do so at my own risk. I haven't heard of wheat in the seaweed wrapper before so I ordered it and after all that, all the rolls came out with tempura inside. Overall, I felt very uneasy eating there and wouldn't recommend it for celiacs.
