Asked the server about the queso being gluten free and he answered by shrugging his shoulders and saying “sure, should be”. Minimal knowledge. For sure some cross contamination risk. Did end up getting sick.

I ate at Baby A’s last week and really enjoyed the enchiladas verde. They have gluten free items marked on the main menu with the little GF symbol. Not a ton for people who are both gluten free and vegetarian, but I’d happily eat these enchiladas again. The waitress was very kind and double checked with the kitchen to make sure they prepared my mean safely gluten free. Can’t vouch for the chips or salsa because I’m trying to eat less carbs but I did note that the queso was marked as gluten free on the menu, so they might have gf chips- definitely check if the fryer is dedicated. Overall a great casual experience, lovely outdoor seating. Note that the food was pretty heavy, typical of Tex Mex
