Loved this place! Stopped in for lunch on the road and will definitely stop again! Waitress was very sweet, but wasn’t too sure about the gluten-free options. She got the owner, who was very knowledgeable and bent over backward to make sure I was well taken care of. I wanted to get the Tuscan chicken pizza, but he checked on the chicken seasoning and we agreed it was a slight risk. So he swapped out and put the sausage on that pizza, with the cauliflower crust. He made it himself, with clean gloves and carefully separated in the kitchen, and delivered it to our table himself, too. It was delicious! I always wait to give a review to make sure I don’t have a reaction… and I had no gluten reaction! Everyone was kind and friendly. And the owner said he’s also going to soon be getting a thick-crust GF option.
