So I never actually went here, but I called them to see what precautions they take when someone orders gluten free pasta. The woman on the phone confirmed with the kitchen that they make the gluten free pasta in the same water they make their regular pasta. I told her, “well that’s not gluten free then” and she stayed silent on the other end. So if you’re celiac or highly sensitive do not eat there.

Very accommodating of GF products. Will make sauces in a different pan. The only thing that isn’t available are the gnocchi, ravioli and breaded dishes. Otherwise almost everything else. Reservations are recommended. We sat at the bar and watched the staff basically cook our meal, which was some of the best Italian I’ve ever had
