I had a GF Margherita pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. It was delicious! There are other toppings to choose from, but the Margherita pizza is my favorite. The crust was soft, thick and shaped like a full size flatbread pizza. It was cut into eight slices. The hostess who seated and took my order said she had a family member who is Celiac. She understood the importance of GF. She explained that my pizza would take a little longer because they use an oven dedicated to GF pizzas. The restaurant also offers salads and pasta dishes. I felt that the restaurant handled my order with care.

The chef was extremely knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination. He came out to speak to me and brought me my food to ensure it was safe. 10/10 for safety. The food was a bit bland and I am going to chalk it up to the gluten free pasta brand they use isn’t great. Coffee was delicious!

La meilleure pizza sans gluten que j’ai goûté en Suisse! Une pâte faite maison, croustillante mais moelleuse, pas grasse ou sèche! La cuisson est faite dans un four séparé!
