Review of Back Forty Beer Company

Was crazy busy when I went so I didn’t get to ask a ton of questions about their other menu items, but I was assured the kale salad was gluten free because the Asian vinaigrette had gluten free soy sauce in it. Staff was very kind in going to ask the cooks my questions and had my food labeled with allergy/celiac and asked cooks to change gloves before handling my food. I didn’t react.
