I called the chef and he said besides the obvious ones (mac & cheese and fried okra) all the sides are gluten-free. I had pinto beans and coleslaw, both excellent and no after-effects. He said he even specifically purchases gluten-free Worcestershire sauce to cook with! A few months ago I was told the regular BBQ sauce was GF but not the spicy. Yesterday’s report was that both are ok. However I did not try either. Their lean brisket had a wonderful flavor without any sauce. Another time I enjoyed a baked potato and sliced brisket.
